• Alternative: advanced degree or certification or 5 years of dispatching experience.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assess and assign open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign nearest service provider for repairs.
• Inform customer of ETA and follow requirements.
• Report delays or problems to supervisor.
• Address problems and customer inquiries.
