Job summary

Lee Health seeks a Datacenter Operations Technician to support 24/7 datacenter operations including server, storage, and network infrastructure. You will monitor systems, patch and maintain the environment, and assist in incident resolution while working a rotating shift schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and at least two years in a technical role with networking and Cisco CLI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of role-specific work experience; 2 years in network infrastructure required.
• Cisco CLI experience; ability to access switches/routers, troubleshoot, and configure.
• Experience with IP-based phone systems and Cisco Call Manager; familiarity with Cisco CLI, Microsoft suites, ServiceNow.
• Experience with network or systems monitoring tools.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Certifications such as CCST or CompTIA Network+.
• Solid knowledge of server hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux) and core networking.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive incident resolution of the datacenter and network infrastructure.
• Daily administration including system patching, support, and maintenance of datacenter/network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Shifts may include after-hours and weekend coverage to ensure continuous datacenter coverage.
• Support for clinical and administrative systems to maintain uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with team to diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments.
