Job summary

Osage Nation Health Center is seeking a Crisis Care Navigator to provide crisis response, care coordination, referrals, and follow-up services for individuals in behavioral health crises across the Osage Nation service area.

The role requires 24/7 on-call availability, collaboration with law enforcement and healthcare providers, and travel to hospitals and treatment centers as needed. High integrity, strong communication, and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in behavioral health or related areas.
• Willingness to maintain 24/7 on-call availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with law enforcement, emergency response teams, or crisis intervention preferred.
• Knowledge of suicide prevention and crisis stabilization services.
• Knowledge of Native American healing concepts and culturally responsive practices.
• Ability to respond to behavioral health emergencies or potentially hostile situations.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals, detox facilities, and psychiatric centers.
• High integrity, ethics, and professional judgment.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response and care coordination for behavioral health emergencies.
• Refer clients to appropriate treatment and supportive services.
• Collaborate with Osage Nation Law Enforcement, emergency responders, healthcare providers, and partners.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability. Respond to crises within the service area.
• Document services while maintaining client confidentiality.
