Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in the criminal justice field.
• Master’s degree preferred with four (4) years of experience in the criminal justice field.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge and proven track record in leadership, management, contracts and performance measurement.
• Must know regulations and requirements of court evidence and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise up to 65 team members at the Duvall Residential Center.
• Ensure safety and security of residents and staff in a 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and law enforcement on compliance and audits.
• Develop policies and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
