Bachelor’s degree required; eight years of related experience or equivalent
Must pass State IRAS certification within six months
Strong leadership, management, contracts, and performance measurement knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Aufgaben

Oversee and supervise performance of team leaders and front-line staff
Manage client supervision, case plans, referrals, and program participation
Handle scheduling, arrivals/releases, and monitoring of electronic monitoring equipment
Ensure compliance with evidence-based practices and program rules
Participate in policy formulation and agency decision-making
Be on-call 24/7 with rotating weekends/holidays, reporting to the Manager, Operations
