Job summary

Lakeshore Global Energy FM LLC is seeking a Control Room Associate to monitor facility systems, manage alarms and work orders, and coordinate emergency calls to ensure continuous operations. The role involves handling multiple alarms, maintaining logs, and communicating with maintenance and customer representatives.

Training in Siemens Apogee BMS and Schneider/Square D systems is preferred. The position requires on-site presence in Chattanooga, TN, with continuous coverage and proper

Qualifications

• Certified training, or the ability to obtain training, for Siemens Apogee Building Monitoring Systems.
• Certified training, or the ability to obtain training, for Schneider/Square D lighting and power management systems.
• Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately manage multiple alarms, calls, and work orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor information displayed through the Facilities Monitoring System.
• Identify and communicate warnings when system parameters fall outside established specifications.
• Track, document, and manage facility operating data.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance work orders.
• Receive and appropriately escalate emergency calls.
• Communicate alarms and abnormal conditions to appropriate maintenance and management personnel.
• Maintain accurate Control Room logs and shift documentation.
• Support shift turnover by communicating outstanding alarms, work orders, and operational issues.
