Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple alarms and calls simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Facilities Monitoring System continuously.
• Identify and communicate warnings when parameters exceed specs.
• Track, document and manage facility operating data.
• Schedule lighting and HVAC according to requirements.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance work orders.
• Escalate and communicate emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate control room logs and shift documentation.
• Support shift turnover with status updates on alarms and issues.
• Maintain professional communication with maintenance staff and customer representatives.
• Follow established emergency response and escalation procedures.
