Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with 1 year of related experience, or 5+ years in related work.
• Certifications/education as required by department.
• Strong knowledge of switchboard operations, telecom systems, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 switchboard operations across locations.
• Direct daily operations, schedule staff, set performance goals.
• Train staff on communications standards and customer service.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain phones, pagers, and hospital directories.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and liaise between departments.
• Lead meetings and maintain documentation aligned with goals.
