Responsibilities

Answer and direct high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls using the centralized telephone system.
Provide information, transfer calls, and ensure smooth communication transitions across the organization.
Page providers and personnel, initiate emergency procedures, and coordinate overhead paging according to protocols.
Monitor alarms, security cameras, and communication equipment; escalate issues as needed.
Maintain knowledge of guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Work efficiently during interruptions, maintaining composure and adherence to standards.
