Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Command Center Supervisor to lead 24/7 operations across data center environments. You will supervise Command Center Specialists, set priorities, and act as the escalation authority during critical events.

The ideal candidate balances people leadership with operational execution, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to maintain uptime and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of relevant data center support experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
• ITIL service delivery concepts knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing operational incidents and cross-functional response.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and HPC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time command center operations to ensure uptime and incident response effectiveness.
• Serve as the operational lead for Command Center Specialists and enforce policies.
• Oversee shift operations, workload balancing, escalation management, and staff performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during security incidents and crisis response.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for leadership support.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery operations.
• Mentor and develop Command Center staff and ensure operational readiness.
• Lead onboarding, training, and continuous development for the team.
• Ensure staffing coverage and leadership response during shortages or critical events.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to improve operational effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements and SOP adherence across teams.
• Communicate and enforce evolving operational processes and requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational data, tickets, and reporting.
