Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years in data center, command center, or operations support.
• Experience with monitoring, incident response, and coordination in data centers.
• Familiarity with ITIL service delivery concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center dashboards, incidents, and alerts; document communications.
• Track power, system performance, and asset operations to ensure uptime.
• Support incident response and change activities following established procedures.
• Escalate issues per SOPs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain logs and shift documentation for visibility and reporting.
