Zachary Piper Solutions in Reston, VA is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to join the Secure Operations Center team. The role provides 24x7x365 operational support for Azure Core and Office365 in a classified environment.

This onsite position requires TS/SCI with FSP clearance and entails coordinating outage restorations, script execution, and incident documentation. The ideal candidate has 2 years of infra operations experience, 1 year of Windows/Linux admin, and strong PowerShell and

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience working with PowerShell.
• Azure experience.
• Comfortable with shift work in a 24/7 support environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor deployment flows and escalate issues to deployment teams.
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision.
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers.
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues.
• Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed.
• Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting.
