Job summary

Covenant Logistics is seeking an Extended Coverage Captive Customer Account Manager to oversee communication, service execution, and shipment visibility for assigned accounts. You will monitor active shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer requirements are met across multiple accounts.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, timely issue resolution, and strong relationship management to protect commitments and drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic transport

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or similar field required.
• One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service or account management required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Extended Coverage resource for assigned Captive accounts.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding shipment status and issues.
• Monitor shipments to ensure loads progress per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Fleet Management, Safety, Maintenance and other teams.
• Respond to service disruptions from the customer/account perspective and coordinate resolution.
• Document accurate service data for internal reporting and customer communication.
