Jet Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a meticulous Flight Coordinator to support our 24/7 corporate flight operations. You will monitor flights in real time, coordinate with pilots, ensure regulatory compliance, and adapt to dynamic schedules in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires an FAA Dispatch or Private Pilot license, at least 3 years in aviation, and strong MS Office skills. On-site position with potential weekend shifts and overtime in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatch License or Private Pilot License required.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in aviation as flight dispatcher or flight controller, customer-centric.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration using these tools.
• Strong ability to research and develop operation policies for safe flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with flight regulations and company policies while managing flights.
• Analyze meteorological data and flight information to determine safe routes.
• Monitor and communicate real-time flight movements with relevant teams.
• Review schedules and anticipate disruptions, including NOTAM checks.
• Coordinate documentation for international flights (customs, visas, regulatory).
• Collaborate with maintenance, scheduling, and operations to ensure safe flights.
