Regional 911 Intake Solutions in Manter, KS is seeking 911 Call Takers to serve as the first point of contact for emergencies, asking focused questions, confirming locations, and documenting information for responders. Training and certification guide responsibilities and availability.

Caller privacy is protected, and staff may work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not always required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent is commonly required.
• Previous customer service, telephone support, or public safety experience may be helpful.
• Some vacancies accept applicants without dispatch experience.

• Confirm incident location and caller's callback information.
