Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist callers in navigating complex social service systems.
• Develop knowledge in areas such as workforce development, public benefits and basic needs.
• Serve as triage point to connect callers with trusted community partners.
• Monitor progress of referrals and track outcomes using 211 I&R tools.

Education
