Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, offers a hands-on internship in Financial and Wealth Planning with WSFS Bank. Gain exposure to real-world projects, assist with client meetings, and support research and data analysis alongside Advisors across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank location.
• Full-time position from early June to mid-August (40 hours/week).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Strong organizational and collaborative work skills.

Financial and Wealth Planning

Gain hands‑on experience supporting the development of personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their long‑term goals. Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings, support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations, and conduct research and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business‑related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on‑site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
