Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust internships provide hands-on experience supporting the Financial and Wealth Planning team. You will assist Advisors, prepare for client meetings, and participate in research and operations projects.

This full‑time summer program runs roughly June through mid‑August in Berwyn, PA, with in‑person orientation and interviews. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for a business-related college major and at least one year of college completed by May 2027.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, organization and teamwork are essential.

Financial and Wealth Planning

Gain hands‑on experience supporting the development of personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their long‑term goals. Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings, support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations, and conduct research and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business‑related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on‑site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
