Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, offers a 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program hosted by WSFS Bank. The paid internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative projects, and networking opportunities across Wealth Management departments.

Interns will support financial planning activities, assist advisors, and engage in research and data analysis while gaining exposure to real-world client scenarios and corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support development of personalized financial strategies in wealth planning.

We are seeking driven and high‑performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands‑on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences.

Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Financial and Wealth Planning – Gain hands‑on experience supporting the development of personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their long‑term goals. Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings, support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations, and conduct research and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Follow a comprehensive learning program that includes personal and professional development activities and resources. Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
