Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, offers a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for driven college students. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders across Wealth Management departments, with opportunities to work on research, projects, and operations within a dynamic team.

The program runs June through August, with in-person and virtual interview options and potential for future employment for high performers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Job Description Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Financial and Wealth Planning –Gain hands-on experience supporting the development of personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their long-term goals. Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings, support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations, and conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
