Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027; reliable transportation.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Able to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank location.
• Full-time internship (40 hours per week) during the summer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Trust & Wealth Finance - Assist with a variety of accounting functions, including account reconciliations and the preparation and review of general ledger entries. Support financial performance reporting and analysis while collaborating with team members to interpret key financial metrics and trends. Contribute to special projects and respond to ad hoc requests, providing valuable support across the finance team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027 Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
