Job summary

WSFS Bank is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program for ambitious college students seeking a career in financial services. This paid, 10-week program provides mentorship, executive exposure, and hands-on project work across bank departments.

Interns gain experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management while collaborating with professionals and networking with leaders. A strong development track and opportunities for post-program consideration are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
