Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking a friendly Ticket Window Cashier for the winter season. This front-line role handles selling tickets, answering guest questions, and helping guests get set up at the mountain.

You will learn the POS system and become knowledgeable about all ticketing options. Responsibilities include greeting guests, balancing daily sales, and sharing information about other resort services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older.

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Flexible with scheduling needs.
• If over 18, CORI background check may be required.

Our cashiers are the first point of contact for many guests, so providing friendly, helpful service is at the heart of the job. You’ll learn our Point of Sale (POS) system, gain knowledge of all ticketing products, and help guests get started on their mountain adventure.
