Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and share resort information. This seasonal role offers both part-time and full-time shifts, including day and evening hours during the typical November through April season.

You will guide visitors on lift ticket options, weather updates, local amenities, and general resort guidance with friendly, accurate service. Ideal candidates are 18+, have strong guest service and problem-solving skills, work well

Position Summary

Be the face of Jiminy Peak! As a Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for resort information, helping guests make the most of their visit. From lift tickets and weather conditions to local amenities and general resort guidance, you’ll provide friendly, accurate, and professional support. This is a seasonal position with both part-time and full-time opportunities, including day and evening shifts. The season typically runs from late November through April, depending on weather.

Reports to:

Tickets Supervisor and/or Tickets & Retail Manager

• Welcome guests and provide accurate information on resort details such as prices, weather, operations, and area amenities


• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy; complete opening/closing deposits


• Manage operational banks and income bags responsibly


• Maintain and disperse lost & found items appropriately


• Assist in resolving guest issues or concerns with professionalism and care
