Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC in Hancock, MA, seeks a full-time seasonal Gift Shop associate to help guests find resort souvenirs and logo products. Working Monday through Friday, you will provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn current inventory and pricing, keep the store tidy, balance cash drawers, and prepare deposits at shift end. Must be at least 14, able to pass CORI background check, and comfortable using POS software.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available Monday through Friday throughout the season.
• Must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during their purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
• Restock and organize merchandise as needed.
• Keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing.
• Accurately balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits at the end of each shift.
