What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales operation. Your role is to connect with potential customers and qualify leads for our Inside Sales team. You will:

• Make outbound calls using our power dialer.
• Understand customer needs and determine fit.
• Transfer qualified leads to closers and document interactions in our CRM.
• Work with your team to refine call scripts and improve strategy.
• Attend daily meetings and participate in ongoing sales training.
