About the Role:

We’re looking for high-performing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are hungry, driven, and excited to earn uncapped commission by helping companies hire freelance talent.

This is a commission-only role with a small monthly retainer. If you're motivated by results, thrive on closing deals, and want to grow with a fast-moving startup, this is the opportunity for you.

With just 3 successful client onboardings per month, you could earn $6,000–$9,000/month in commissions. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to companies (tech startups, digital agencies, e-commerce brands, SaaS platforms, etc.) that need freelance help
  • Pitch Techamana's value: rapid hiring, flexible contracts, and access to world-class talent
  • Set up and run client discovery and intro calls
  • Close new clients and coordinate with our internal team for onboarding
  • Manage your own prospect pipeline and client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in the United States
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Previous experience in tech sales, staffing, recruiting, or freelance marketplaces is a big plus
  • Understanding of remote work and freelance hiring
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own outreach pipeline

Compensation:

  • Commission: Paid per successful client who hires freelance talent through Techamana
  • Earning Potential:
  • 1 new client = $2,000–$3,000
  • 3 new clients = $6,000–$9,000/month
  • No cap on commissions
