A leading company in human resources services is seeking an energetic Business Development Professional to drive sales initiatives across insurance claims, restoration, and engineering inspection sectors. Overview :We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Professional to join our team and lead sales initiatives across insurance claims, fire & water restoration, and engineering inspection services. This role is ideal for someone early in their career but already well-connected in the industry and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities :·Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within: Property Insurance Companies and MGAs
·Leverage existing industry relationships to drive sales pipeline and open new doors.
·Conduct discovery meetings and client consultations to understand service needs.
·Tailor pitches across multiple verticals—claims adjusting, inspections, restoration, and managed repair programs.
·Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings nationwide.
·Collaborate with internal leadership to align business development goals with service capabilities.
·Provide weekly reports on pipeline activity, client feedback, and competitive insights.
Requirements :·3+ years in a sales/business development role within insurance claims, restoration, or engineering inspection industries.
·Strong existing network within the target markets.
·Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and operate with minimal supervision.
·Proven track record of closing deals and multi-vertical sales.
·Willingness to travel regularly across the U.S.
·Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual presentations.
