Job summary

Textron is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its Integrated Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP), a fast-paced, 2-year rotational program designed to develop future ISC leaders. Participants will experience two 12-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities, and Supply Chain across diverse departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives.
• Resourceful in addressing ISC-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: two dynamic 12-month rotations across key ISC roles.
• Strategic Project Contributions: contribute to diverse functional projects and align finance or accounting strategies with business goals.
• Collaborative Teamwork: operate within a collaborative team environment with mentorship from rotation manager.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: cultivate relationships across departments.
• Leadership Development Conferences: participate in targeted in-person leadership conferences.
• Presentations: present findings and strategic recommendations to management.
