Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer ongoing 5-hour shifts from 12pm-5pm daily, with support and appreciation for your work.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and safety supervision. Use our care app to clock in/out and document care. CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private)
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with smartphone apps
