Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operator for 1st shift. This role supports our Purina Animal Nutrition network by coordinating deliveries, loading with a forklift, organizing storage, and keeping a safe, clean work environment.

The shift runs 5:00am–3:00pm with OT and weekend duties as needed. The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and comprehension of instructions.
• Ability to follow Verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrated safety awareness in a production environment.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with others to reach team goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Pack and load product using a forklift.
• Organize storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts.
