Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks a Value Stream Team Leader for its St. Marys, OH facility. You will lead Made to Stock and Made to Order operations, drive lean improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years in management, with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. LEAN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills; promote safety and positive change.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements.
• Ensures standardized work and processes are followed and safety/5S requirements are met.
• Develops future state value stream map and tracks progress via Improvement Boards.
• Maintains a positive team atmosphere and coordinates cross-department support.
• Supports lean initiatives and daily management to meet targets.
