Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Front Office/Guest Services ambassador in Kalamazoo. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, operate shuttles, and coordinate valet services while upholding Radisson and GHG standards of excellence.

You will work across front office and concierge teams to ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Clean DMV driving record required.
• Availability 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, outlets, or vehicles and provide welcome support.
• Operate the company shuttle and maintain driving logs.
• Valet parked vehicles following safety procedures and standards.
• Coordinate pickup/drop-off requests and communicate with guests via phone and email.
• Assist front office and concierge teams for seamless service across departments.
