Your responsibilities
Job Summary

Coordinates and monitors activities of a work group or cell, providing on-the-job training as needed. Ensures work completion and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and safety standards. May provide performance input to supervisors or managers.Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee work activities and assignments of employees in areas such as inspection, warehouse, and material handling.
• Lead by example, maintain organization, and practice good housekeeping.
• Ensure all employees work safely per company policies.
• Coordinate shift start-up and end-of-shift activities.
• Ensure availability of tools and materials.
• Provide on-the-job training for new instructions.
• Report performance issues to supervisors or managers.
• Report accidents, incidents, or policy violations immediately.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives.
• This role involves working directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
• Meet TKMNA employee attributes and competencies.
