Job summary

Lake Air Products is hiring a 1st shift Maintenance Technician in Vadnais Heights, MN. The role focuses on preventative maintenance for CNC machines, turret punch, brake press, welding equipment, electrical and facilities. A strong PM background in sheet metal or stamping manufacturing is preferred.

The technician will work with Production on CI programs, ensure adherence to OSHA/LO/TO, and collaborate with outside vendors for building repairs. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Solid communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Experience with Pneumatics, PLC and Electronics in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Performs all PMs and tracks results according to schedule.
• Maintains facilities and manages related contract services and repairs.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing staff.
• Interprets manuals, blueprints, schematics for equipment.
• Collaborates with Production for Continuous Improvement programs.
• Trains on proper maintenance procedures and safety standards.
