Lake Air Products is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Vadnais Heights, MN team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance for manufacturing machines, including CNC, turret punch, brake press, welding equipment, electrical systems, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong PM background in sheet metal or stamping environments and be able to troubleshoot, train, and support production staff while ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• 10+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Pneumatics, PLC, Electronics.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsabilités

• Performs all PM’s based on a scheduled event for all Lake Air plants, and tracks results.
• Maintain facilities and grounds as well as manage associated contract services and repairs.
• Provide technical support by training and troubleshooting to all manufacturing employees.
• Interpret operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
• Works with Production departments for Continuous Improvement programs.
• Remains current on OSHA, Arc Flash, and LO/TO procedures and updates as required.
• Trains on proper equipment maintenance and repair.
• Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Make recommendations on the use of machinery and equipment.
• Works with outside vendors in painting and performing structural repairs to buildings, equipment, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

Position Summary

We are looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join ourVadnais Heights, MNLocation. • Working knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs
• 10+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to network and/or research issues to quickly diagnose re pair issues
