Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the 1st shift in Roseville, MN to service sheet metal equipment including CNC machines, turret punches, brake presses, and welding equipment. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, strong knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, and electronics, and the ability to work independently with a team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Pneumatics, PLC, Electronics is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on manufacturing machines per scheduled events.
• Maintain facilities and grounds and manage contract services and repairs.
• Provide technical support by training and troubleshooting to manufacturing staff.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics for equipment.
• Collaborate with Production for Continuous Improvement programs.
• Stay updated on OSHA, Arc Flash, and LO/TO procedures.
