Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for our Frankfort, IN plant on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will operate automated equipment and robotic systems to maintain quality and efficiency, with a potential $1.00/hour raise after 90 days.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, batch making, adjusting settings, palletizing, weights control, and minimizing downtime. Prior robotics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Able to operate and monitor automated/robotic production lines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems safely and efficiently.
• Work with automated systems including Noltec equipment (training provided).
• Adjust machine settings for product size and pallet configurations.
