Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Machine Operator for our Stockton, CA location. You will operate robotic systems, monitor automated production lines, and support continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and following work orders within 1st shift hours. Training is provided for Noltec equipment; overtime opportunities and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate and monitor automated/robotic production equipment.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 1st shift 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and adapt to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems safely and efficiently.
• Work with automated systems and Noltec equipment (training provided).
• Adjust machine settings and pallet configurations.
• Ensure accurate weights and tidy palletizing; meet daily schedules and performance goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
