Custom Building Products, based in Stockton, CA, seeks a skilled Machine Operator to run automated machinery on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) in our Stockton facility. You will operate robotics and Noltec equipment, adjust settings, and maintain product quality while supporting production schedules.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor robotic systems safely and efficiently.
• Read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• May include batch making duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated systems and robotic equipment.
• Adjust machine settings for product size and pallet configurations.
• Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations.
• Monitor production processes to meet daily schedules and performance goals.
