Champion Personnel is hiring Riveting and Etching Operators in Ohio. The role offers full-time, consistent shifts with hands-on training and entry-level opportunities. You will work on rivet and etch equipment, handling gasket components and performing quality inspections in a clean, organized environment.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay between $15.50 and $17.50. Prior manufacturing experience is not required, and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate riveting and etching equipment.
• Load, position, and process gasket components.
• Handle smaller parts during finishing and assembly.
• Inspect completed parts for quality.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform steady, repetitive work with focus on accuracy.
