Orgill, Inc. seeks positive, energetic warehouse associates to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will unload merchandise, operate scanners, and ensure accurate labeling and staging for efficient stocking.

Starting at 4am, a 5-day work week with potential overtime, Orgill offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Commitment to safety policies and practices.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Willing and able to work overtime when needed.
• Good comprehension, organizational, and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Team player with can-do attitude.
• Power Equipment certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise by forklift, pallet jack, or by hand; stage inbound merchandise.
• Operate handheld scanner.
• Identify and sort merchandise by department.
• Apply correct receiving labels to products.
• Restack and wrap products for transport and stocking.
• Report overages, shortages, or damages to Supervisor.
• Deliver scanned merchandise to staging areas throughout the warehouse.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Take direction from Supervisor.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliable predictability.
• Follow DC housekeeping guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Specific Responsibilities

• Must be able to unload merchandise by forklift, pallet jack or by hand. Stage inbound merchandise in scanning area. Verify pallet count and sign freight bill of lading.
• Must be able to operate a handheld scanner.
• Must be able to identify and sort the merchandise by department.
• Must be able to identify the merchandise and place the correct receiving label on the product.
• Must be able to restack and wrap products to prepare merchandise to be transported and stocked in appropriate locations.
• Communicates any overages, shortages and/or damages to Supervisor.
• Deliver scanned merchandise to appropriate staging areas throughout the warehouse.
• Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to take direction from Supervisor.
• Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred
