Job summary

Orgill, Inc. in Rome, NY is seeking a full-time Distribution Center associate to accurately pick and label merchandise, meet quality and productivity standards, and transport orders to Shipping.

This role requires English reading/writing, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to work 5 days a week starting at 5am. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and label merchandise from primary pick locations.

• Take direction from Supervisor.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliable predictability.
• Adhere to DC housekeeping guidelines.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma preferred
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.

• Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
• Ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem solving skills

• Power Equipment certification a plus
