Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Production Supervisor for the Fayetteville, NC facility. This first-shift role (Mon-Thu, 5/5:30am-3:30/4pm) leads staff in assembling Motor Control Center products and drives High 5 metrics including safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates in the United States. The salary range is $86,000–$126,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Three years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Sponsorship for employment is not provided.
• Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive safety risk reduction across the process.
• Set departmental goals aligned with High 5 metrics.
• Create action plans to achieve targets.
• Forecast workloads and manage staffing across the department.
• Improve quality by integrating QA into processes.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
