Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Production Supervisor (CPA) for 1st Shift in El Paso, TX. Hours are 7:00 am–3:45 pm, Monday–Friday. The role focuses on continuous improvement, safety, and achieving plant objectives while maintaining quality products.

The annual salary ranges from $86,000 to $126,000 with eligibility for a variable incentive program. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years of supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years managing/supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production in assigned areas, including manpower movement, attendance, and workload.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and use Eaton Business Systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safety culture, document incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate policy objectives and department goals; manage overtime and payroll processes.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and ensure clear performance expectations are met.
