Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum eight years in manufacturing/operations with leadership experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proven leadership in team development.

Responsibilities

• Quality control decisions based on standards; track defects and analyze root causes.
• Lead safety, 5S, and training programs; ensure ISO14001 compliance.
• Oversee staffing, takt time, and weekly scheduling; manage performance and development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen activities across shifts.
• Coordinate with ERP/MES and kanban/JIT systems to hit delivery goals.
