The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient operations within the Magna Exteriors

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with internal contacts at all levels.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety/5S—corrects or commends health and safety performance and ensures proper training and inspections.
• Quality—makes quality-controlled decisions and tracks defects, enforcing standardized work.
• Lead production team to meet takt time and production targets; manage labor efficiency and maintain safe operations.
• Lead on-line schedule attainment and use MES systems with visual controls to monitor performance.
