The Stow Company in Holland, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift (Mold/Contour). This on-site role leads a team on the shop floor, drives safety, quality, and efficiency, and champions Lean initiatives to improve processes and performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in manufacturing leadership with Lean experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am-3:00pm.

Competenze

3+ years in a leadership role within a manufacturing facility.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Logistics, or Business.
Experience with Lean manufacturing.

Train and develop direct reports.
Ensure standards are being followed.
Improve the work that is being done.
Enforce 5S standards and safe work environment.
Communicate company news and issues to hourly team members.
Motivate team members to meet process targets and quality expectations.
Coordinate with process engineers to maintain documentation of standards and training.
Lead daily and long-term continuous improvement initiatives.
