Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (1st Shift) in Belle Isle, FL. You will lead a team through setup, operation, repair, inspection, and manufacture of parts, ensuring safety and high quality while meeting delivery goals.

You will translate priorities into daily plans, mentor team members, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives. A strong focus on safety and operational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing/industrial operations experience with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Experience with production scheduling, labor planning, safety leadership, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for teams in setup, operation, repair, inspection, and manufacture of parts.
• Provide shop-floor leadership and translate production priorities into daily expectations while removing barriers to on-time execution.
• Be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce planning, and performance management.
