Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise first-shift manufacturing operators.
• Provide management responsibility and accountability for the second-shift supervisor.
• Ensure production schedules are followed, quality products run, and cross-functional communication occurs.
• Coordinate shift-to-shift communication, staffing, priorities, and escalation of issues.
• Own performance metrics, continuous improvement, and safety standards.
